Embracing the concept of "Data as an Asset," SENTINEL continues to promote IO-Link protocol applications at the sensor layer. This series supports remote configuration, real-time diagnostics, device identification, and rapid maintenance, enabling users to build a smarter industrial network system.

🔹 Fluid Detection Solutions

Focusing on monitoring industrial liquid media, this series covers key parameters such as vortex, level, temperature, flow, and pressure, offering multiple output modes and interactive displays adaptable to complex on-site conditions.

This series aims to provide high-reliability, highly integrated IO access solutions, including IP67/IP20 bus modules and IO-Link master/slave modules, compatible with industrial protocols such as Profinet, EtherCAT, and Ethernet/IP, supporting multi-node, distributed, and modular deployment — a fundamental framework for modern industrial automation.

✅ LTH Series Integrated Level/Temperature Sensor

Combining level and temperature monitoring, it features magnetoresistive level detection and a PT1000 temperature element. With level measurement accuracy of 5mm and temperature accuracy of ±0.5℃, it supports PNP/NPN/push-pull output and IO-Link communication. It is equipped with a 4-digit digital mirrored display, suitable for lubrication systems, hydraulic units, and cooling circuits.

✅ THH Series IO-Link

Designed for intelligent temperature control, the THH series uses a high-precision PT1000 sensing element with a temperature range from -50℃ to 150℃ and accuracy up to ±0.5℃. It supports both IO-Link V1.1 and 4-20mA analog outputs. Featuring a stainless steel structure and IP67 protection, it's ideal for thermal management and equipment health monitoring.

✅ ELPN-16SAP-L001 Adaptive IO Bus Module

A high-integration 16-channel I/O module with built-in logic to identify wiring types automatically, eliminating the need for preset software configurations. By plugging cables into designated ports, users can directly interact with input or output points based on the connected load type. Supporting Profinet protocol, it includes overload protection and opto-isolation, making it ideal for assembly lines and automated conveyor systems.

✅ SIOL-M12A-16SAx/EX Adaptive Expandable IO-Link Slave

Featuring 16 digital input and 16 digital output channels, this module supports PNP or NPN (model-dependent), opto-isolation, overload protection, and expansion capabilities. Supporting IO-Link V1.1 with speeds up to 230.4 kbit/s and IP67 rating, its resin-encapsulated electronics suit high-vibration and humid environments. Its expandable M12 port enables cascading with other IO-Link slaves to build flexible production networks — a critical component for smart factory field networks.

✅ CIOL-2AI-SC Analog Input to IO-Link Converter

Enabling digital upgrades of traditional analog equipment, this device supports two 4-20mA or 0-20mA analog inputs, with ≤12-bit resolution and IO-Link communication. It connects directly to pressure, flow, and other analog sensors, offering transparent data acquisition and remote management — a key interface for “digital factory” transformation.
