SENTINEL Electronics will showcase a series of new 2025 products at this exhibition, focusing on three major directions: “IO-Link Smart Communication,” “Fluid Detection Technology,” and “Bus & IO Module Expansion.” These solutions center on field data acquisition and connectivity applications, highlighting our achievements in industrial automation sensing and communication.

🔹 IO-Link Smart Communication Products

Guided by the philosophy of “Data as an Asset,” SENTINEL continues to promote the application of the IO-Link protocol at the sensing layer. This series supports remote configuration, real-time diagnostics, device identification, and fast maintenance, helping users build a smarter industrial network system.

🔹 Fluid Detection Solutions

Targeting the detection and monitoring of industrial liquids, this line covers key parameters such as vortex, level, temperature, flow, and pressure. It offers multiple output modes and display interaction options to adapt to complex field conditions.

🔹 Industrial Network Modules & IO-Link Systems

This product line is dedicated to creating high-reliability, high-integration field IO access solutions, including various products like IP67/IP20 bus modules and IO-Link master/submodules. It is compatible with Profinet, EtherCAT, and Ethernet/IP protocols, supporting multi-node, distributed, and modular deployments — the backbone of modern industrial automation architecture.

Four Highlight Products Debut at the Show

✅ LTH Series Level/Temperature Integrated Sensor

Combining level and temperature monitoring, this sensor utilizes magnetic resistive level detection and PT1000 temperature element, offering 5mm level precision and ±0.5℃ temperature accuracy. It supports PNP/NPN/push-pull outputs and IO-Link communication, with a 4-digit mirrored display. Flexible installation makes it ideal for lubrication systems, hydraulic units, and cooling circuits.

✅ THH Series IO-Link Sensor

Designed for intelligent temperature control, the THH series features a PT1000 high-precision sensing element with a range from -50℃ to 150℃ and ±0.5℃ accuracy. It supports both IO-Link V1.1 and 4-20mA analog outputs. Stainless steel construction and IP67 rating make it suitable for thermal management across devices, playing a key role in health monitoring systems.

✅ ELPN-16SAP-L001 Adaptive IO Bus Module

A high-integration 16-channel I/O module with built-in logic that automatically identifies wiring types without software presets. Simply connect the cables to designated ports to enable data interaction. It supports Profinet, features overload protection, and optocoupler isolation, ensuring stable and efficient field signal collection for automation applications like assembly lines and conveyor systems.

✅ SIOL-M12A-16SAx/EX Adaptive Expandable IO-Link Submodule

This series offers 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, supporting PNP or NPN (model specific). It features optocoupler isolation, overload protection, and expansion capability. Supporting IO-Link V1.1 at 230.4 kbit/s, IP67 rating, and resin-sealed circuits, it's ideal for harsh environments. Its expandable M12 interface enables cascading with other submodules to build flexible production networks and smart factory infrastructure.

✅ CIOL-2AI-SC Analog to IO-Link Converter

Empowering legacy analog devices with digital capabilities, this converter supports 2 channels of 4-20mA or 0-20mA analog input with ≤12-bit resolution and IO-Link communication. It connects directly to pressure, flow, and other analog sensors for transparent data acquisition and remote management — a key device for upgrading to digital factories.
